A sad day in the judiciary

The judge in the Delay case was removed due to a perceived conflict of interest. As far as I can tell, the only thing he's done is donate money to Democrats and presumptive Democratic groups. I fail to see how this will end in anything but a lengthy series of challenges until both sides find a judge who has never given money to anything, ever (a virtual impossibility in a state that has elected judges).

I'm going to assume that this Delay thing will get uglier and bloodier before it gets better...
